Our Henderson and Las Vegas Nevada Real Estate Schools have been building careers and changing lives for more than 30 years. We offer Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensing courses. We also provide the new first year licensee the required Post-Licensing courses.

Our 90 hour Principles, Practices and Ethics course is designed for anyone who is seeking a real estate salespersons license. Topics covered in this course include both the national and state law aspects of real estate. This course is offered in a modular format with flexible class schedules and even offers options to complete the course from the comfort of your own home! Best of all, you can complete the entire course in as little as 10 days!

Examination Preparatory Course
This is a two day complete review of subjects and concepts a candidate will likely encounter when taking the Nevada Real Estate Licensing Examination. It is open to all Real Estate Licensing Candidates regardless of the real estate school attended. The course is offered monthly. Contact the School for offering dates and reservations.

Post-Licensing Course:"Destination Success 30 Hours
This is the required course of instruction for all original licensees licensed after January 1, 2006. It is presented either as a 30 hour program, or may be taken in 9 separate modules. It is recommended that the School be contacted in the first two weeks of the month for scheduling and module information. reservations.
At Home Correspondence Course
For students with varied schedules many of our courses are available via correspondence. Some correspondence courses include the ability to attend the live classroom presentations. Correspondence students have full access to our instructors to assist in areas of the material in which the student is having difficulty.
